What personal data we collect and why we collect it
If you complete an our website contact form, send us an email or pass on information to use via telephone, we will store details provided for the purpose of responding to your enquiry only.
Your details will not be placed on any mailing list for the purpose of advertising. They will not be passed onto a third party without your explicit consent, unless you do provide details that causes us serious concern about the safety of yourself or others, and we believe there is imminent risk of serious harm. In this case, we do have a duty of care to report this onwards to the relevant authorities.
We retain details from any initial enquiry for up to 28-days if you do not proceed to engage with our service. You may request for your information to be deleted sooner or retained for longer if you expect that you will return to utilise our service at a later stage. If you do engage with our service, beyond an initial enquiry, we will direct you to further policies in relation to this.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
