Psych-logic Consulting Ltd. was established in 2012.

Director, Nicole Hampton, is a British Psychology Society (BPS) Chartered Psychologist and an Associate Fellow of the BPS.

She is qualified to practice in the fields of Clinical Psychology and Forensic Psychology, registered with and regulated by the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC).

She has over 20 years of clinical experience; working in HM Prison Service,  the National Health Service (NHS) and the Private Sector; with adults and children experiencing a broad range of psychological difficulties. She is trained and experienced in delivering a range of psychological therapies including: CBT, ACT, CFT, and EMDR. She accepts self-referrals and referrals via third-parties funding the therapy (e.g., solicitors, AXA, and Walking with The Wounded).

She has been providing Expert Witness services since 2007, initially in Childcare Proceedings and subsequently Personal Injury including; RTCs, Criminal Injury, Military Injury, and Medical Negligence. She has been certificated as an Expert Witness in Civil Proceedings via Cardiff University and Bond Solon (CUBS).

She has a specialist interest in psychological trauma and is a member of the BPS Crisis, Disaster & Trauma Psychology Section, UK Psychological Trauma Society (UKPTS), and European Society for Trauma Stress Studies (ESTSS). She holds a voluntary role providing mental health support to members of the armed forces in her local community, and is engaged in a doctoral programme to undertake research in this area.

In her personal life she enjoys spending time with friends and family, travelling, and staying active in the great outdoors. She is a keen cyclist and has completed a number of cycling challenges including; Lands End to John O’Groats, Coast to Coast (UK), London to Paris, and a range of iconic Tour de France mountain climbs such as; Mont Ventoux, Col du Galiber, and Col du Tourmalet.
